When do I pay for the items?
Payment takes place in store when picking up your order.

What forms of payment do you accept in store?
There are many ways to pay! We accept card payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express & all major UK debit cards. In addition, we accept local cash, selected foreign currency, AliPay and WeChat.
What happens if my travel plans change?
We will keep your reservation prepared and ready for collection until the store closes on your departure date. If you move to a later flight that day, your items will still be available for collection. We understand travel plans can often change and so you are under no obligation to collect your order.
How long before I travel can I place my order?
You can place your order between 30 days and 24 hours before your departure.
