Infused with rose petals, rhubarb, and grape skins, it’s fruity but still very dry; floral, but intriguingly botanical with a subtle vinous undertone. The gin’s delicate pink colour comes from an infusion with foraged lingonberries post-distillation, which gives it a soft fruit character that balances out the herbal undertones of its juniper, lemon peel, and coriander. Made for summer sipping of classic gin cocktails, especially pink gin & tonics on outdoor patios in good company.
