The 170 hectares of vineyards of this exceptional property flourish on the plain of Meseta, 750m above sea level. • Vinification: Extraction, maceration, pre-fermentation, fermentation, extraction of wine lees transfer, clarification and filtration. • Soil: Shallow soils Sandy texture with 70 to 90cm of chalk stone and sandstone.
