Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of water. For something more inventive try a Glenfiddich Manhattan. INGREDIENTS • 50ml Glenfiddich Solera VAT 2 • 25ml Italian Vermouth • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters METHOD • Add the ingredients together, and stir well with ice. • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. • Garnish with a twist of orange peel or a maraschino cherry.
